Friday, 3/24
7 pm. Shabbat Service: Parshat Vayikra (He [G-d] called [to Moses]),Lev.1:1 – 5:26.
We have now entered the book of Leviticus, or Vayikra in the Hebrew, whose laws aim to turn the Israelites into a holy people and safeguard the purity essential for contact with the Holy One. This first parsha in the book of Leviticus deals with the different kinds of sacrifices to be made, the reasons for offering a particular sacrifice and the rules that govern it.

Sunday, 3/26:
10 am. – Board Meeting

10 am. -12 pm. Rummage sale prep in the Social Hall. The Rummage Sale will be June 2 and 4. Please drop your donations during the Sunday prep times or contact the synagogue.

LOOKING AHEAD…. SAVE THE DATE: Hunter Bell will be called to the Torah as Bar Mitzvah on Saturday, May 6. Hunter has been such an intricate part of our congregation the past few years, and we are so proud of his achievement!
